Made to order

At White Jasmine each and every piece of jewellery is created as bespoke only after placing an order at our website. This is the reason why we do not accept returns. You can chose colour of crystals and choose typ of platting. When you would like to add other remarks to your order please contact us to dispell doubts. We will be happy to help. The order processing time starts at the moment of payment authorization and our lead time usually takes maximum 14 working days.
Please note that during high wedding season and holiday time production may take longer. We highly recommend ordering your accessories sooner rather than later to ensure that you will receive it on time.

Our products are created with love and attention to detail, they are made by hand and may differ from the ones pictured. Also, colours may display differently on your computer screen.

Please choose your items carefully and email us with any questions prior to purchasing a piece.  If we have created a product for you that is different from those proposed on the website or made to your individual order, we cannot accept its return. In other cases, returns and refunds are accepted only exceptionally.

If you receive the incorrect product or if your product arrives damaged (not due to shipping and handling) please email us, you will need to notify us within 48 hours and we will repair it or replace it, as needed. After 48 hours we reserve the right to weave any such demand.

Ready-to-ship products

To meet your expectations, we offer ready-to-ship products. If the selected jewelry model is available in the store, information is provided that the product is available in a certain number of pieces in stock – this means that by purchasing such a product, you are entitled to a return.


Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal can be exercised to cancel the contract. You can exercise this right if you change your mind or for any other reason wish to cancel the contract, without having to provide White JAsmine Accessories with a reason, as long as it is done within the withdrawal period.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us via of your decision within 14 days from the date on which the order was delivered to you.

If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal and return an item, you can request a return shipping label by contacting us at There is a fee for using this return label (of 19 EUR for UE delivery, and 50 EUR for outside EU delivery), which will be deducted from the refund amount. Alternatively, you can choose to arrange and pay for the return shipment to the following return address yourself. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the goods are not returned in a saleable condition or if they are damaged. This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been made to your specifications or that are clearly personalized (made to order).

Returning goods

If you have received goods in connection with the contract that you have canceled, you must send back the goods or hand them over to us. This should be done no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to cancel the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period expires. Please include the return form in the return parcel along with the item(s) to be returned. Please also make sure all returned items are well packaged, as not to be damaged in the post. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

Please note that you are responsible for packaging the items properly to prevent damage during return shipping. White Jasmine Accessories is only liable for lost parcels or similar situations if a return label provided by us has been used. In other cases, you have full liability for the return. We do not offer returns or exchanges for gift cards, products that have been made to your specifications or that are clearly personalized (made to order) and product with a seal if you have broken the seal, provided that the product is not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Reimbursements and possible deductions

Except as outlined below, if you cancel the contract in full (i.e., all items in the order), we will reimburse all payments we have received for that order. This includes the delivery costs, except for any supplementary costs that may have arisen if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us. Please note that return costs are not reimbursed.

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for any loss in the value of the goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. Unnecessary handling refers to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Such handling includes actions that would not reasonably be allowed in a physical shop.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days after the day we receive the returned goods in question from you.
